Black & McDonald is an integrated, multi-trade contractor providing electrical, mechanical, utility and maintenance services to government, industrial, commercial and institutional markets. As part of maintaining their culture across a distributed workforce, Black & McDonald engaged TM NewMedia to develop an e-learning course to house and provide interactive activities for a series of four videos used in their leadership training.
After analysis of the audience, technology infrastructure & video content, a storyboard was written to describe interactions following each of the four videos in order to emphasize the learning objectives of each video.
