To familiarize supervisors and managers with policies and best practices in hiring processes, Thrifty Foods asked TM to take their current classroom-based workshop and create a one-hour online version.
After analysis of the audience and content, we decided that the course would incorporate a storyline set in an authentic situation. We planned to use TF employees as actors and create a series of videos that would be used in interactive activities throughout the course.
