When to bring team members in to a project in the process to ensure less "up to speed" contextualization is needed
Being careful about how the tools we use to manage projects and communicate do not get the way of each other. We can have communication about projects in both Asana and slack, and having to remember where/when something was discussed will be an issue at some point.
How can we systematically learn from each project and bring that learning forward to the next project so we are constantly improving (and avoiding the potential of repeated mistakes)?
Piling on does not work. It breaks other projects.
It takes 8 weeks or more to complete an eLearning project. We need to allow at least that long for any work we take on.
