At PathWise, we pride ourselves on offering the highest level of support you’ll ever encounter.

We have several support options you can choose:

• Monthly ‘No Worries’ Support Packages. This new offering is great if you want to know exactly what you will be paying for support each month, and have an assurance that all of your support needs are covered for a flat rate. Monthly Support Packages include a set number of content changes each month, as well as a range of other services. You can choose a package that fits your budget and needs.
  
• Pay-as-you-go Support. On a ‘pay as you go’ plan, you are charged at the end of each month for the support time used in that month. Pay-as-you-go Support is a great option if you only have occasional support needs, and want to pay for them as they come up. Pay-as-you-go support is charged at a 10% discount on our $120/hour standard development rate. Contact us for Pay-as-you-go support.
  
• Prepaid Support. In a situation where you want to purchase a package of support hours in advance? Often grant-funded and pre-budgeted projects benefit from purchasing a package of prepaid support hours ‘up front’. If that describes your project, reach out to us to discuss a prepaid package.
  
• Hosting Only. Our hosting packages offer active site management, and include rolling out WordPress and plugin updates on a weekly basis, as well as handling all backups, security monitoring, and security patches for you. Hosting even includes our core plugins, typically saving our clients between  $500 and $1000 USD a year, as compared to purchasing and renewing your own plugin licenses. You can optionally pair Hosting with Pay-as-you-go Support, or if you opt for one of our Monthly ‘No Worries’ Support Packages hosting is automatically included.
