Notes:
- The Support Dashboard allows you to monitor your support requests in real time, so you always know the status of each support ticket, as well as having aggregate stats on your support usage.
- All included hosting plans support multiple server CPU and RAM combinations: Startup supports 2 CPU and 2 RAM, Growth 4 CPU and 4 RAM, Bronze 8 CPU and 8 GB RAM, Silver and above 12 CPU and 12 GB RAM (With no single server over 8 CPU and 8 GB RAM).
- Monthly support packages are mutually assessed on a three-month rolling average. If your support needs are consistently higher than the package allows for three months, we will discuss either moving to a higher package, or switching to ‘pay as you go’ support at our discounted rate. Likewise if support needs are consistently low enough that a lower package would work for you, we will propose down-shifting to the package that suits you best.
- New site features, site and feature redesigns, and creative services are not included in the Monthly Support plans, but instead can be estimated separately as needed.
